I love Christian Biographies, and I adore Elizabeth Elliott yet this book fell flat for me. I think as an author she is at her best talking about the lessons God taught her over the course of her life. Her effort to describe the life of Amy Carmichael doesn't hold the same depth or charm for me. Sorry to be that one person, but I wouldn't recommend.
